Community ConnectionCommunity Connection of Minnesota, Inc. provides adult foster care in a residential home setting to individuals with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and related conditions. Each home has up to four adult residents. The company has several homes in the Duluth area and is growing as the need for TBI services continues to increase in the state of Minnesota.
